In case the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us on helpdesk@funusual.store and return the item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it case-by-case and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund.
The unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund.
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 7 days from delivery.
2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
3. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
4. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
6. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
Typically, the courier representative will contact you within 3-5 working days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item. You can also drop off the return items to one of our drop off locations that will be notified via email for immediate action.
At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier team directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the pick-up of a return item, you may provide your preferred timings to them.
There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within 7 days, in such cases please contact us on helpdesk@funusual.store. Complaints are handled on a case by case basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will honor the outlined duration.
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your Funusual Wallet or Bank account as per your preference.
Funusual.store does offer replacement or exchange of an item; you can return an item and receive a full refund. We are willing to look into this case-by-case. We will refund the money back to your account which you can utilize for this purpose.
We accept return of item only if it is in the original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact us on helpdesk@funusual.store and we will see how we can help you with same.
The item can be returned to us through one of our assigned courier services or personally drop the item at one of our drop off locations. You will be receiving all this information via email once the return request is made.
This is subject to the reason for return and will be decided upon case-by-case. Kindly write to us on helpdesk@funusual.store and send us the order details to consider your request and we will get back to you at our earliest.
Once you place a request to return an item, the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill will be sent to you in your email to ensure you can return the item. You can print it and paste it over the previous label when preparing it to be returned.
Usually the tracking system supports your order status until it's delivered to you and the order is closed. Kindly track this under My account > Track your order. If you need more information, email to us on helpdesk@funusual.store and we will get back to your at our earliest.
We have multiple options for you here. Our warehouses are in Kohuwala (HQ), Ratmalana, Kurunegala, Galle, Biyagama, Jaffna and Kandy. You can use where you want to drop off your item as per your convenience. Please ensure the return airway bill is pasted on the package. We will be expanding this list to 70 warehouses in the future.
