Returns

Our returns policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened. If opened and found faulty you have 7 days to inform us by email including photos and/or video of the fault. If the item arrived broken then this must be reported within 12hrs. If the item was gifted (unopened) and found broken upon opening then this will be handled case-by-case depending upon the circumstances. Several types of goods (including gift vouchers) are exempt from being returned, this will be informed upon purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be replaced or refunded. Any item that is reported faulty and/or returned more than 7 working days after delivery will not be replaced or refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please follow the ‘returns processes found on our website. All Returns will be handled case-by-case depending upon the circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or Funusual wallet and will be handled case-by-case depending upon the circumstances, within 15-30 working days. PayPal refund will only be to Funusual Wallet due to Central Bank restrictions.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card provider as often refunds take 15-30 days to officially realise and be posted in the account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at helpdesk@funusual.store

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will be handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed. Sale items are not exchangeable. For further instructions related to exchanges please send us an email on helpdesk@funusual.store.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return to your Funusual Wallet. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return. This is subject to the ‘Returns & Refunds’ clause above.
