helpdesk@funusual.store with the ongoing order details and let us know the changes you need done. One of our team members will get in touch with you for same and guide you through the process and if another payment will have to be made, etc. However, if you have passed the 12 hour period we provide to cancel your order with us, we will be unable to do any changes to your order other than adding another product to the ongoing.
